Customers judge you on how you make them feel.

They will not remember everything you said and did, but they will remember how you made them feel.

  2. Make Eye Contact & Smile

  3. Remember their name

  4. Listen & Talk in terms of the other person’s interests

  5. Make the Customer Feel Special

  6. Give a Little More

  7. Thank Each & Every Customer

Major in the Minors.  Pay attention to the little details.  What do your customers see and hear the first time they visit, and what do they see or hear the 10th time they visit?
